still missing. :-( i went to the shelter in the area, he wasnt there. Hes only been gone since very early Sat,but it feels like forever. I called the co. that put in his chip to ask if it had GPS, someone had mentioned that they had that, but no, they said they dont have that technology as of yet...that would have been too perfect. I put up more flyers, gave his description to the Non Emergency Dispatch police, incase a patrol cop sees him. I am currently emailing the link to all the Rescue groups there are on Long Island(Humane Society, Mighty Mutts etc), and asking them if they can foward it to their members, one already replied YES. It was REALLY cold that Saturday night :-( and it was rainy and windy all day today. He's so friendly and has a great temperment, if he is found, they might want to keep him!!!

Thanks guys. Someonce called me at 2pm and said they saw him at 9am. He wasnt in the area when I looked there, but I posted the last few flyers i had left, there. He had to cross some MAJOR traffic to get there!! Its near a cemetary, so im hoping he went inside to sleep or something. I have made a video clip of his pics and info for YouTube. I posted on Craigslist, and shared the link to Facebook. I put my flyers in high traffic areas, outisde library, bus stops, grocery store, drive thru, dunkin donuts! and gave to the mail man too. Im going to go to those links on that thread(thanx Sam). I alerted his vet, and the vet office in this area, as well as the town animal shelter.
How he got lost :-\ My bf let him go out to pee late last night/early this morning, and didnt watch him, and left him out for "only five minutes"......
