I'd first like to express my appreciation for the friendly faces (both human and corgi) and warm welcome I've received since signing up on this site. It feels good to know that I actually have a support group in my endeavor to have the best corgi puppy for me.
My worry about Applejack flying in is mostly abated. Of course, I'm concerned, but after some discussion, votes of confidence, and watching videos on the Internet that promptly made me bawl my eyes out with happiness, I'm pretty sure this is going to go as well as it possibly can.
I already made AJ's appointment for her new puppy exam at work. For those that are unaware, I work at a veterinarian's office. Sure, I'm a measely kennel attendant, but the fact that I get very affordable health care for my animals is such a good perk. I hope to get her bordatella vacciene done, as she already comes with her DAHPP. Rabies can't be done til she's four months old.
Everyone at work is pretty excited for me. Lori (Dr. Barringer) was thrilled when I told her she was the provider to do my new puppy exam. Jamie offered to make her chart, but I had already done it in my free time, yesterday.
Well, enough writing. I gotta go clock in. Cheers and corgi hugs! Only a few more weeks til AJ comes home!
