my male corgi rear legs
my corgi 13 months old always in house drags his back legs around but if I tell him to walk he will and on walks or outside running with my chow he's great. any ideas? had the vet check him and they can't find any problems he also shakes a lot! please any ideas

What part of his body is shaking?
I have had several Corgis who have done this when getting up from napping but not always. If he can walk normal when u tell him to and the vet can't find anything could it be a habit he is forming?

Neurological? Is there a veterinary teaching hospital or specialty clinic near you that you can take him to?
