I am so excited! I get to pick up little Odin at 10:30am on Thursday!!!! I believe I got all of the necessary items, all I need now is to pick up a bell from the craft store (to teach him to ring a bell when he needs to go out).

My boyfriend and I went up to the front office of his apartment complex to pay all of the outragous pet fees ($535.00). They asked me what kind of dog it was, and how much it weighed...lol so I told them. I said I was getting a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. The guy writing it down spelled every word of that wrong!...grr- I know it's embarrasing to ask the spelling, but I didnt want things to be wrong on "official.." paper work. LOL! When he asked the weight I said 9lbs...lol he didn't ask me what they are full grown...He told me to bring in a copy of the rabies shot record, I said he wasnt old enough to have that yet...

For paying so much in pet fees I feel the apartment complex should know a tad bit more about puppies lol

...anyways! I am super excited and wouldn't trade Odin for the world!

Yay for you! I remember the day I picked Stanley up. It'll be 1 year this Saturday! It was so much fun. I was sooo nervous and excited at the same time! Be sure to take lots of pics when he's so small. They get big so fast.

I was afraid I would throw up on the way to pick up Jack. I was so excited, and nervous, and so sure we'd screw it up. I hadn't dealt with a puppy in about 15 years when I got him. So exciting! Good luck with Odin and please post pictures. :-)

So close!!!
I remember the day prior to picking Kenji up from the breeder. It was the slowest day in my whole life.
I think I went to sleep at 7PM just to speed things up.

I just need one bit of advice, what are you doing to keep yourself occupied to make the time go by faster? I got 24 days left until I pick up Wynstan and the anticipation is killing me
