Our first couple days with the new little girl.

Well we finally got our little girl. Made a few hour trip out to get her, and she was wonderful the whole way home. Met her mom and dad and they were healthy, wonderful dogs. The mom was such a sweetie and wanted to be pet by everyone! When we first brought the puppy home, our cat and other dog were very interested in her. We introduced them slowly and let her get situated to her surroundings first. When all the animals met, they got along great. The puppy (who we have decided to name Mila) got along great with both animals, and of course tries to play with them both. As of now Baylee, our first dog, just kind of sniffs and ignores her. The cat doesn't like her tail being played with though so she can get a little rough sometimes. Mila is doing great overall. We are crate training her, and she's doing really well with that. Minimal whining, only whining when needed to go to the bathroom. She responds very well to treats, and is a very good dog. We got her at six weeks of age, so we're having to potty train her completely. She's still just a puppy so she's made some messes, but nothing hard to clean up. My husband and I are very excited to have her in our home. We will all have a great time together. :)
