Ready to make a move

I think it is time to make a move and get Jeckyl a friend. We are in Aurora Colorado and are loooking for a male pup. Are there any in this area?

Jeckyl is now 11 yrs. old, diabetic, lost 1 eye about 6 mos. ago and is blind in the other.

His personality has not changed, his senses are on alert always now.

He is starting to slow a bit so we think it is time to get him jolt of energy. There is liitle for him to do while we are working. He lost his companion back in October. I'm not sure if companion is the right word, she was a bulldog and tormented him all the time. However you can tell he misses her.

Anyone out there have a pup for Mr. Jeckyl?

Comment by Jane on March 19, 2011 at 4:05pm: It sounds like a puppy might be a bit much for your older dog. Maybe you could contact a breeder near you and see if they have know of any older dogs available?
