Shedding?

I have been brushing mass amounts of fur out of Odie recently... is it that time of year? I had heard about Corgi's "blowing coat" twice a year... is anyone else's Corgi doing the same right now?

I am using a rubber brush called the Zoom Groom, and it seems to work very well, but are there better brushes out there?

I bought 3 and various combs then finally last summer got the Furminator and this one works really good. I've got one at home and I am about to get another one for my office (Sophie comes to work with me every day). I brush her in the morning before leaving for work and by the time we get to the office she needs brushing again. I've got corgi hair all over the house, in my car and at the office.......keeps me vacuuming!
