Something I don't understand.

Why won't LO go outside by himself. Is it something we did when he was younger. I can leave to door open and he "may" step outside but come straight in unless I go out there with him. I have to say "poo poo" or "pee pee" the neigbors must laugh everytime they hear me.

I came home and he ran out there like he'd been holding it for soooooooooo long! I even put in a doggie door at my new place and he'll go out and sniff around and lay in the sun but will NEVER go potty unless I tell him to. Pretty annoying when I have to work or be in school long days and have to actually hire someone or beg a friend to let him out even though he has access to outside when i'm gone!
