Well the past few weeks have had a fare share of ups and downs. We have placed Penny on a new, better quality food, and it has helped with her potty problems that we have been combating during the late night and early morning hours. Week two of classes has begun and she has already learned to sit with little effort. She has made plenty of new boyfriends of various breeds and seems to be an overall winner with our friends dogs.
Her behavior is both rather cute and peculiar. She loves the salt water that we often visit near our house. She doesn't love the baths she gets after ward. But she is MORE than willing to climb in the tub with you while you are taking a bath. Something my wife discovered late one evening as Penny jumped on top of her and just hung out in the bathtub for a while.
We discovered a farm nearby that offers herding lessons for about $12/lesson. So here in the coming weeks we are going to see how Penny is able to handle some cows and see how much of that good herding knowledge has passed itself down through the gene pool.
