Normally, I don't really note holidays, it's just not my thing.

But today is special:) Today it is officially two months that Ziggy has been living with us. Tonight, he gets peanut butter smothered apple for a treat;D

Would give him a small plate of spaghetti again (oh how he loved that last month) but we forgot to grab the sauce packets when we went shopping, darn nabbit! I'll make up for it when we get to the store next, though I do feel bad about not having it today-not that he knows the difference!

Today our walk was nice, we took a bunch of pics of him, and for once we didn't get rained on (hallelujah!) for thie first time in a long time. I take it as a sign:P Mother nature knows better to mess with me on a happy day xD

On another note, Ziggy also has some chewies on the way in the mail, from hubby's momma, which I am probably going to be more excited about than Ziggy, because I'm always so worried he's bored out of his skull. I hope he will chew them, because he doesn't play with toys and all he wants to do is nap in and out all day with the occasional "PET MEEEE." stare before waddling back down to the foot of the bed.

He makes me just as happy as he did that first day:D (Even though e sometimes gets too big for his britches now that he's getting more and more comfortable with us!)

It's been an awesome two months, even with all the downsides (unrelated to Ziggy) that we've had.

It's going to be absolutely amazing to have him with us for the rest of his days:) I'm so happy that things worked out as they did. I am very happy I joined the Corgi Rescues of America facebook page, as without it I deffinately wouldn't have found him, so I wouldn't have been able to email about him, no freaking out waiting to hear if he was still available, and NO Ziggy.

Haha.. I'd still be sitting here on MyCorgi with the worst knotts in my stomach going, "I want a Corgi" over and over. When I'd say hubby's name, he'd respond with "I know. You want a Corgi. Believe me, I know." I drove him up a wall with it so bad that I think he wanted me to have a Corgi just as much so I would shut up about it lol. (Even reading and listing facts about their history, he'd get exasperated and say, "It's a dog, how is there so much to know about dogs?")

Now I have one, and it's amazing:D I loooooove my Ziggy boy and can't wait for next month's mark, because these two have been so amazinggg!
