So the puppies are 3 weeks old today and for the last 3 days or so I've been giving them ebsilac on plates.  They are able to lap now but I'm concerned that they aren't getting enough milk from mom and am thinking it's time to move to puppy mush.

Does anyone have experience at this? (I'm much better with kittens and homemade "glop") I've read such a variety of things from baby food (such as rice or oatmeal dry mixes) with esbilac to soggy/mushy puppy chow and water.  I don't know if they'd even be interested in the smell of puppy chow yet...? Both Sally (mom) and Dexter (BC pup) are on Iams puppy chow so that's what the pups will get.

Any suggestions/comments would be appreciated.
