Tuffy is 3 months old today and I have had him for a whole week, lol! I have never had my heart stolen so quickly by a furry kid, and by some one with such short legs ;) We are busy potty training and learning our manners as he would like to chew on everyone and everything. He is worth every moment, but right now I feel like he will never be housebroken! I know I have to e patient but I feel like we haven't made any progress. I work from home so I am always here and I hate to put him in his crate ever so I am just following him around watching him EVERY second, lol. Wish me luck and if you have any magic corgi potty training tips by all means send them my way!

Awww how cute! Chesney is 3 mons old too and she is getting better at the potty training. I just try to make sure to take her out every 2 hours or so. And she's starting to pick up on going potty on demand so that is awesome! She also looooves to chew! I take her to Petco every few weeks and pick out a variety of rawhide at the rawhide bar for her to chew on. I do that so she has different ones to choose from so she doesn't get bored...lol. It seems to curb her from chewing on the furniture...lol. Also she has a wide variety of squeaky toys. I make sure that if I catch her chewing on anything she's not supposed to to tell her no and give her either a rawhide or a toy. She's completely stole my heart as well! From the minute I saw that little face I fell in love!! Have fun and good luck!

My new Corgi-pup Daisy is nearly 4 months old, we are having a tough time on the potty thoughts. I have had her almost a week and our biggest problem is runny poo. I have done the cautious food change/intro. but her breeder said this started after her last shots and chip implant. Am feeding Nutro Puppy, but no bulk to her stools-thanks!!

I did an in depth article called Potty Training 101 on my home page. I think you will find it helpful. Good luck and be patient. Puppyhood ends quickly.

It will take awhile, hang in there! It will take up to a year, it will happen it just takes time. Have you tried Apple Bitter spray for like wood you dont want your pup chewing on? It doesnt always work but its worth a try to save any wooden furniture you may have if thats what you are having a problem with him chewing. You have to be consistent and tell him no and give him chew toys he should be chewing on. Hope this helps
