Weird worm, thought it came from the dog. Anyone seen these?

Hi,

This is just a blog of something strange I found last night on my floor next to Chloe. Chloe occasionally vomits from her antibiotics, so when I found this long worm I thought for sure she had roundworm. I took a pic of the thing, but could not find any dog worms that looked like this. Anyone hear of a land planarian? Or a hammerhead? Bipalium Kewense? If I can attach 2 pics I'll show you my pic & the internet pic. I called vet last night freaking out about this thing, thinking it came out of Chloe & they said probably a roundworm. If this looks like a roundworm to you let me know. I might bring in a stool sample anyhow.
