Hi Kristen, Your Welcome. Thank You for the compliments on Lance. I am glad you enjoy looking at the pictures of Lance because I enjoy taking them. I just cant get enough pictures of him! It is always nice for people to appreciate the pictures as much as I do. Corgis are great dogs. We just got back from Minnesota and spent time with my brother in laws pembroke corgi, Isabella. I would say you are pretty busy with your corgis, but it must be great. I would like to add another corgi except I just dont know when. My daughters name is Kristen except we spell it Kristin. Either way you spell it, still is a great name!

Thanks Kristen! Yeah, it's a good thing Mikko is so cute ~ it helps us deal with the biting/chewing/peeing... all the joyful parts of puppyhood, haha. :) I really wanted to get a rescue corgi, but my husband wanted a puppy... so maybe next time. :) Thanks for the inspiration! I'm so glad Fern is doing well - just goes to show that love goes a long way!

Spencer is amazing! He is cutting his adult teeth now and is a bit rebellious right now, but he is the smartest dog I have ever known! I love having him around and could not imagine my life without him!

Thanks! Even though he was a rescued Corgi, we definitely consider ourselves the lucky ones.

A second opinion never hurt. Little Gin still has an accident every once and awhile but mostly because I haven't been watching closely enough. It sounds more like a physical problem to me. Ginny is having some kidney trouble which is probably due to not having enough water (let alone fresh water) over the years. FYI if the puppy mill put her up for adoption chances are she's older than the rescue vet thinks- more like 5-6 years old.

Hi Kristen ~ we are finally getting Mikko this Sunday afternoon and I can barely wait! In the latest update from the breeder, she said he is very "happy go lucky". :) I've heard that corgis are addictive and it's hard to just have one! Do you find that to be true? Good luck with Fern, I hope she finds some relief from the incontinence! I'm so glad she has a good home. :) Have a great day! ~ Danilele

You couldn't have said no...I don't think I could have either. We're only zoned for three dogs or else we'd be in big trouble!
I could not say no to Bruce, my 13 year old corgi/elkhound. He was "this close" to being put down at age 11 because nobody wanted him. He's such a sweetheart and I'm so glad I made the decision to bring him home! I know you will be so glad Fern is in your life too. I'm so happy to hear she is feeling happier now!
