He's doing great, thank you for asking! :] I've decided to change his name to Mickey. But yeah, it does feel great when it finally pays off. All these years of waiting. Sometimes I still can't believe that I have a dog finally. Haha. Hope time passes swiftly for you so you can have your corgi soon too!

I'm looking around right now... but it seems that all the breeders that I really like, don't have puppies right now. That or they have girls, and I'd really prefer a boy. So we'll see if I manage to find something. If not, well I guess there's always fall.

I don't know for sure. I'm hoping for within the next month or so. But so far I haven't actually found anything concrete yet. Haha. It's either gonna be now, or I'll have to wait til around fall though, because my work is busy during the summer, so I won't have time for a puppy.

Haha it's ok. Sometimes I wonder if my friends are sick of me talking about corgis yet... That's good that Macy has you to take care of her though. That should prove to your dad that you'd be able to take care of a dog, since you're already doing it now, and she's not even your dog... technically.

Yeah, I've been a dog lover ever since I can remember too. Haha. And this site really does not help addictions at all! That and youtube videos. Haha. I know I definitely want... at least 2 pems. Maybe one fluffy and one regular. Lately I've started liking cardigans too... So I might want one of those someday. I know I definitely want a golden retriever, since I've wanted one of those ever since I was little. And maybe an aussie shepherd. But really, don't let me go on. I won't stop. Haha. I've never had any dogs since my parents never let me. They probably thought they would end up being the ones taking care of it... As if!

Oh I see. Never really considered the house thing... Haha. I started getting hooked onto corgis a few years back. Usually I like big dogs, but since I was living at apartments at the time (and I thought I would keep living in apartments), I started looking into a smaller dog that didn't really act like a small dog. I had always known about corgis, but never really looked into them before. But after I found out more about them, I've been obsessed. Even though I live in a house now, and could probably have a big dog if I wanted to, yeeeah I'm still gonna get a corgi. First. Someday I wanna have a huge house with a bunch of dogs. But there'll probably always be corgis. Haha. What about you?

Hmm... I guess that does sound about right. While I love red and whites the most, I think a red headed tri would be ok too. Looking at all the dog breeds that I love, actually most of them are light colored, or are at least partly light colored... Which in a way is kinda too bad, since most of my clothes are black... If I had wanted a black dog, it would've been easier to hide all the dog hairs that are sure to get all over my clothes. Hahaha.

Yeah, I'm definitely hoping so! Haha. I guess we'll find out when I get one. I'm partial to red and whites, as well as the other shades of red. Kinda half and half on tri's. Sometimes I like them, sometimes not as much. What about you?

That's good! I've been reading up about dogs for many, many years just to be prepared for the day that I actually get one. Haha.

Oh I see. Well if it's a tradition kinda thing then at least it's good to know he'll follow through. My dad has promised me he would get me a dog since I was about 9-10. It's been many years... I'm still dog-less. Haha. But I'm sure if you work hard for it, it'll be worth it in the end. :]

Oh I see. I used to want to be a dog trainer when I was little too. But I figured my parents weren't gonna let me have a dog at home, so I kinda gave up on it. Maybe when I get my corgi, I'll get back into it. Haha. That's good that you're planning ahead though. And who knows. If you work hard,save up your own money, and have everything planned, bring it up to your dad again. If he sees how hard you've worked for it, and how prepared you are to have a dog, he might change his mind. :] Good luck!
