I could be mistaken but I am pretty sure that our corgis have the same dad! That is so cool! His mom's name was something with sunshine in it; I will have to look but I am 99.9% percent sure his dad is Jake! I really want to get Rascal into herding or agility but I don't know where to start honestly. It would be great to get your email! Do you happen to have facebook? Rascal was born on 9/23 and he is two as well! So he must have been from the other litter she had around the same time! I think you can send a private message on here so it would be great to get your email and keep in touch! I am a huge horse fan too by the way!

Wow! What a small world! I did get Rascal from her! Who are Riley's parents? You are right, they do look a lot alike in the face! I agree completely corgis are definitely the best! I wish I knew about corgis when I was younger so I could have gotten into showing them. I am thinking about breeding my little girl we recently got; when she is older of course! I think Riley is a beautiful baby faults or not! We should definitely keep in touch, I am happy we met on here :)

Hey! I seen your post on Kentucky Corgis! Riley is a beautiful Corgi! I live on the eastern side of Ky and looking for people with corgis since they are not very common in kentucky. I actually got my first corgi in bowling green!

That's great! We got our Rocco last June from a breeder in AL that was fantastic! He will be 1 very soon. I think we are only capable of handling one corgi right now though!

No need to tape. Just massage his ears way down @ the base near the skull, rubby-rub back up to the tops, but focus on the base. Your pup will become very relaxed and take a lot of comfort in this attention. Eddy would fall asleep like a little baby when I did this to him, and he melts for it now, too. Do it for up to 5 minutes, several times throughout the day. If it takes longer than a month, there is a huge chance they'll pop up during teething time - when your puppy will be developing his head, jaw, and ear muscles. Even now, at 8 months, Eddy will sometimes wake up with a floppy ear!!! It goes up within an hour, of course. Just know it takes time.

Yes it is such a great site, I've gotten so much good advice from seasoned corgi owners. My whole life we owned labs, huskies, and german shepherds. Corgis are so weird - every single one it seems...
