Thank you so much for my gift. We're not worthy, haha. Actually, hard as it may seem to believe, Rafa was the star student in his puppy obedience class yesterday. He did everything but take notes. We know we're past the point of no return literally. We love him. Maybe we've been comparing him too much with Lucy. In a class of puppies, all about his age, 8 mo, he shined. The trainer kept using him to show examples of how to do things, PLUS gave him treats––so Rafa was a very apt student. Rafa's concentration and attention span was pretty amazing. We'll see how he does next week!!!
PS
Deb: If you wouldn't starve the Raffanator so, he might not eat the furnishings. p.s.: Could the Raffanator use some Ritilin, perhaps?
Wen: LOL. perhaps you missed my posting about Rafa digging a hole from our backyard to the bridal trail. He's been filling his belly with horse droppings (yum yum) and rolling in it!
@ deb - haha. rafa not only eats his own ample portions of food, he's found his way into the garage to eat the cat food. i think you're on to something about ritalin. he's definitely ADD. i started giving him a natural supplement called "rescue remedy." it hasn't made a dent. i can't imagine re-homing him to josh and i can't imagine keeping him and driving jack and lucy craaazy. this feels like a no win...a rock and a hard place.
We lived in Phoenix before moving to Tucson so all of our family is in Phoenix so we go through Casa Grande on our way to Phoenix maybe we can stop by next time:-)
Debbie, I too am a watercolor artist, I enjoyed your blog on contemporary art I whole heartily agree with you. In fact I have a theory about how abstract art got its start. Even though i do appreciate some well done works. Oh I also have a corgi she is a fluff and is 5 months old, her name is Quin for Quinacridone Gold one of my favorite colors.
