oo yes, the awards....she is pretty good i guess...deal is we work hard at it and you can get ribbons in agility even when you do not qualify...it just meant there were very few entered in her class!!!!!!!!!!
she does get some legit ribbons though and we are working to get titles!
clumsy...just for rolling over and hitting the table???kc does that all the time, roll over and hit what ever is in the way....no matter, just being corgi!
kc will chase the ball, and soo fast, soo determined, she will run to the pole, etc.
she will stumble down or up the stairs, cuz she is too fast....
geee, kc runs into things, now an then, but no matter, she does not skip a beat!
smiles : )
Unfortunately no. They have seperate places in the house. I give equal yard time to all of them. If i knew a solution. I would share it with the world.
yeah, he is pretty active except when he sleeps all day; like today, haha
Yes, sometimes I think the Pembrokes look like Cardigans. Which have the bigger ears, I wonder?
Mine weighs 47 lbs, how much does yours weigh? I love him to death but kinda wish he had been born smaller because I can hardly lift him...I can't hold him in my lap, that is for sure!
Yes the crates are bigger IRL. All but the small black one are for medium dogs. The big blue one will be his crate when he is full grown. Just ask Sam T he has one for his corgis too.
Hi, I wish I did. I didn't teach Buster, he taught himself. Since we adopted him a month ago I have taught him to do "the wave" on command. Everytime I chop up vegetables, he automatically does the wave to get my attention. If he stops waving his feet, I say "do the wave" over and over and I bend down and wave my hands; I find he watches and will start waving again. When he is sitting, I say "do the wave" and hold a carrot out. He will keep waving till he gets the carrot. I don't let him wave too long because I am not sure if it is hurting his spine or not.
One important thing is to first get your dog to sit soundly. I notice that when Buster does the wave it is 2 part process, he sits firmly, then rises and puts his weight soundly on his back haunches on the floor. HE can stay in this position for a long time....the former owner told me it takes a lot of coordination and muscles and balance. I notice if I walk to close to him, he can lose his balance and fall towards me.
I am certainly not a trainer but I would try to kneel beside your dog, both facing the same direction, and maybe try to get her to sit and stay and then help her to rise up. Mimic what she is doing or is supposed to be doing. Let me know how it goes, I would be interested to know. Good luck!

hrm he gets really excited to meet new people, he jumps and wants to play with you, then he's calm and wants to follow you. :]
