We have this also in San Diego at the YMCA pool no people can be in the pool with them. They have a blast though not so many dogs.

It's in Kansas City at the Line Creek Community Center. We met two other Cardigans there but I think Taffy was the only Pembroke. It was mostly Labs and Goldens.

Now THAT is a party! Where's that and how often do they hold such parties? I read about Fort Colins Colorado somewhere had dog parties like this, it's the last day of summer and they have a party for the dogs before they drain the pool.
