What an adorable and smart puppy! Love the name. =) He reminds me of my Luna when it comes to tricks. Check out my videos to see her doing some, including bang bang.

Teaching bang bang is a two phase trick. They have to learn to lie down first. then you give them a treat for just lying down. once they are comfy with lying down on their side, you introduce the word bang bang with the hand signal and treat while the dog is lying down. It took me 1 day to mold the trick and imprinting the word in his head, and another day to get used to him doing the full trick from lying down. He can now do it from standing position but it usually requires me to shoot him 3 to 4 times. haha. Hope this helps.

When I tried training the bang bang trick, Spartan would get scared when I would say bang bang and pretend my finger was a gun so, I had to use the command "take a nap"..... Great Job!
