Thanks Bev, well, it was hard to see here, but he couldn't stand up very easily. He really was doing well other than that, and his diabetes. To be honest I was a bit shocked that he died, but relieved, also. When I described all of his barking to the Vet, she said that older dogs sometimes get "loopy". LOL. That does make me smile and laugh. In the past few months he had stopped being affectionate. or should I say, stopped being AS affectionate as he always had been. I took this video (and had every intention of taking more) because I knew he was getting old and I wanted to have something to look at.

Looks like he was doing pretty good up until the end. You are lucky to have a video of him.
