Chopper - Portland
The volunteers of the Coalition to Unchain Dogs recently helped our friends of Fences for Fido in Portland, OR unchain their first fence recipient, Chopper.

Aww, Chopper looked so much happier when they took his chain off! People don't realize how heavy and restricting they really are. Hopefully the dog has a good owner who just didn't have the money to put up a fence, and couldn't have the dog inside for some good reason. Kudos to these people who unchain dogs one at a time!
