Jess, as a retired psychotherapist, I believe that Sally would be a remarkable child therapy dog and would be shocked if she didn't pass the test. Amazing that she was raised w/o a warm & loving family life and is so relaxed and comfortable with kids. Clearly she's miss this type of interaction, and lucky for her that she found you! Your grandchildren are adorable.

OMG, Sally is an angel. What patience she has. Great video. Don't let too many people see this or Corgis will become even more popular than they already are, haha! I don't think any of my Corgis would have been this relaxed. Ricky, does love children and babies, but doesn't get to be around them as much as he'd like. Lucy has never met a child that she likes. She's especially unhappy around babies.

What a good girl!  So calm!  My bunny butts would be all over the place with excitment!

What a good girl she is!  I'm so glad she has a family to love her.  She reminds me of my Yuki in some ways.  Yuki will lay down right next to my children (even my 7 month old, who pulls out his fur in her attempts to pet him!) and he'll let them do just about anything!  She'll be a wonderful therapy dog.

Thanks for your comments.  Yes, she is an incredible dog.  Very sweet for a dog that was used for breeding and never had a real home. She is now 5 yrs. old and has been with us for 1 year on June 12th.   I'm going to have her tested to be a child Therapy Dog in the fall.  She would be perfect for it.

Noodles would have been barking and licking at the same time. He loves it when you "snuggle" him and his littly bunny butt would have never stopped shaking. He also likes to bounce on the bed, so if I attempted to make a video like this, it would have been loud. What a passive puppy you have (and a very cute video).
