Hi Tonya, Yes i think you can give him a small carrot for treat...I mean it's not a human food that is poisonous to dog. I learn from my in law which is her Pomeranian has crush on baby carrot.

Oh my goodness, how cute!!  Ok call me dumb, but i didn't know you could give a dog carrots like that. I guess I have a lot to learn
