I went out to your group and found Annie. She was a beautiful red Corgi. Her brother was a good looking corgi too. I’m sorry that she isn’t with you still.
I am very happy that my video of Loki is bringing back the memories of Annie; because as long as you remember her she will always be with you.
Don’t worry about Loki; he is the center of our world. We treasure every moment with him.
We had studied the corgi breed for two years before we brought Loki home. We were going to wait till our other dog Mika passed on because we were afraid Mika would move on faster if we brought another dog home. But then a friend of ours fell on hard times and needed a place to stay. He had a basset hound and when he moved out Mika got very depressed so we decided it was time for us to bring home a corgi. We believe Loki has added a few more years to Mika {he is like a puppy again}. Mika adores Loki, and Loki watches out for the old man. Mika is a husky/Samoyed mix and he is 15 years old now. I have a photo of him on my page with the photos; if you would like to see him.
Annie Fanny was our first CA corgi. She was oh so sweet. I have re-watched your video several times and it brings back such wonderful memories of her. I started the group Corgis remembered. If you ever have time you can see her photo. In the meantime, enjoy every minute with your beautiful corgi. Maybe I can teach my corgis to wiggle, haha. It's in the genes I guess, like head tilting. Lucy tilts her head every time I use a word she hasn't heard before, or if I mention my kids' names.
Awww. My corgi Annie used to wiggle like that. We called her Annie Fanny. Don't you just love that wiggle?! Lucy and Rafa don't wiggle. : ( But, Rafa has more of a nub than Lucy so we can at least see his nub wiggle away. Always makes me smile.
