Backcountry skis are generally a faster transport than snowshoes, but snowshoes are simpler and arguably better tracks for corgis. The jury is out. Al has gotten quite sore feet from successfully keeping up with me on skis going downhill.

Awwww...I always have wanted to get snow shoes...guess I'll have to put them on my list! Do they stop you from sinking down a feet into the snow???
