I know of Neena through affiliation with a couple of other Corgi rescues in the area. We share info regarding Corgis in need of rescue and foster homes via our yahoo group. I foster corgis through another great corgi rescue called Tri-State Corgi rescue. Debbie Nosse heads up this group and she is amazing! Very knowledgeable and takes her time reviewing applications, giving honest feedback, and making sure that the corgis available for adoption are healthy and well socialized. She has also set up a USDA approved Corgi transport to relay corgis to new owners. Tri-state should actually be multi-state as our organization works, adopts, and fosters Corgis in Tenn, Ohio, VA, Maryland,WV and other New England states.
