We bought her pamphlet and had good success with this method with modest effort. Fun, works.  Plan your work, work your plan, and do refresher training often.  Our "magic word" is "venite'!" (Italian for "come").  They never hear that in casual conversation, and they think it means "Bacon, come and get it!"
