Max has started to piddle (not puddle) in the house the last 2 days. He doesn't really pee just a little spot about the size of a quarter. I know he pees more than that. Is he OK ? Or is this a "Guy" thing?

How old is he? Are there other dogs in your house? He could be marking or could something of startled him? Does it have a strong odor or deep in color. Could be an UTI. Does he have a temperature? Is he straining to urinate or seem painful? When in doubt best to have a vet look him over.
He's 3 mo old and come to think of it he is startled everytime. Usually the cats. Sometimes me. He is acting fine. There is only him with the 2 cats. I honestly think I need to find him a friend too.I don't think I'm as much fun as he would like.
Its his age and being intimidated. As he gets alittle older it should get under control but if you find this in his sleeping area when he normally keeps it clean he could have an infection. As far as finding him a friend, I think he is satisfied w/you at the moment. Dogs don't necessarily need companionship from their own kind. Just spend alot of time w/him yourself playing ball, tug a war, chase, walks, car rides, brushing him, and so on. They can be perfectly content w/you as their friend.
I try to do better by him. He just loves it when he can play with anyone furry or not.
They sure do..mine really enjoy each other. Don't feel you need to get another one for his sake. If its you who would like another then go for it but just know that he is happy w/you. I know I'm thankful to have others to entertain my puppy. LOL
Mikes (hubby) been playing with him for about 30min nowand he's tired. rough life. LOL
