Happy Birthday Penelope!!!
I just wanted to take some time to wish my baby bunny-butt a Happy Birthday! She is one year old today and has been doing so much better and thriving more since our last post when she was sick with some gastro-illness. We don't have a whole lot planned for her today as my husband left on business this morning; she totally knew when he tried to love up on her before he left, she backed up and barked at him the whole time. I swear she understands English and is so super smart because she seems to know everything! Haha, but she will get to play with some other corgis at doggie day care soon, woo hoo! Also, I have to say this, since our switch to Halo dry food soon after she was sick, she does soooo much better! She loves that stuff and she seems happier and healthier than ever!
Anyhoo, its been a wonderful almost a year (she was already 11 weeks when we got her) and I can't imagine my life without her and neither can her daddy! Corgis are truly a wonderful, playful, loyal, funny, and keep-you-on-your-toes breed!
