book about older dog care & health?

Can anyone recommend a book to purchase for my reading, reference and bookshelf about caring for and living with a dog as they age? Something that has info on feeding, keeping them comfortable in the house, outside when needed, bedding, nutrition, vet care, maybe possible health concerns?

Just want to be prepared and informed,
