Another San Antonio Corgi Meet-Up/Ein's B-Day Party?
Hey guys! I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in participating in another Corgi meet-up. Since Ein's B-Day is coming up, I'd like to throw him a little party. This would be an excellent opportunity in which fellow MyCorgi users can meet and greet once again. I know a lot of ppl have joined our South Texas group since our 1st meet up (Thanks again Kim!) so having another one would be just awesome. I'm thinking maybe the 1st weekend in October? How does this sound? We're hope our grass will come back some by then. (FYI...We're at Bandera & 1604).
The party would be really informal. Just a bunch of Corgis running around in the backyard and maybe some doggy cake :) Of course snacks & refreshments for the humans! :) Let me know what you guys think.

This would be great. We would like to come. We live on Evers Rd. and are pretty close to you. It would be a great chance to meet other Corgis and their humans. :)

Wow! I've received such great feedback from you all :) Ein is so excited and we anxiously await his big day. I'm thinking of Sunday (October 4, 2009) for the exact date. I'd like to follow Kimberley's lead of having it in the mid to late afternoon, say from 4 to 7? That way you guys will still have time to run your errands before and have dinner afterwards :) As I mentioned before, I am located at 1604 and Bandera. I will send out my contact info (via message) as we approach the big day :)

UPDATE 2: Unfortunately the weather is looking grim for the weekend. There are strong predictions for heavy rains/thunderstorms :( So it looks like we're gonna have to move everything to the following Sunday (Oct. 11th). Sorry for any inconveniences!
