Here is the body of an email I recieved from the Pres. of the Pemborke Welsh Corgi Club of Greater Atlanta discussing some upcoming events. This might be a great way for us to meet more corgi people.

We are having an introduction to tracking workshop this Saturday (15th) at my house in Hiram. Starts at 9 AM and will run until 11:30 to 12. Then a club meeting. You are welcome to join us and bring a dog along! And then on October 17, we are having an introduction to agility seminar at Canine Capers in Norcross (indoors). Workshop starts at 10 so be there about 9:30 ish or so. Will run until about 11:30 then a club meeting. Then a conformation handling class. On October 3, we are participating in a Meet the Breeds get together at Wills Park in Alpharetta. There is also an AKC agility trial going on that same day. We need people to bring a friendly corgi (like that will be hard to find!) and be willing to answer questions...the same questions you asked when you got your first corgi. Janey Wilcox is the contact person for that. Our Christmas party will be the weekend of Dec. 12/13 at a location to be determined...whoever hosts it at their house gets to pick the date!
