When my first dauhgter was 10 months old, my Maline(pembroke welsh) started snipping and biting at her.I made a decision that has buged me ever since. It was in October of 2001 and I gave her away to the new No-kill animal shelter on Lancaster in Fort Worth texas.I was wondering if anyone in this group might be able to tell me something of her outcome.Th shelter wont release that info, understandably. Her name was Maline she was tricolor (fawn black and white) she was at approx. 6 years old and weighed 15- 20 lbs. with a diamond on her forehead and very pronounced line down said forehead to back of her head(giving her a moniker of "butthead" she was a nutcase girl as well). She had 2 white socks on front paws and a slightly faded "saddle" on her back. If anyone can give some info it would be appreciated, just want to know she had a better life than what i could give her.

Awww! Sorry I had not been online in a while, I just read your post. I wish I could help you find some info. The only thing I can think of is if you have a pic of her, maybe email it to some of the larger clubs, groups, craigslist, etc.
I know it would still be very difficult to track an individual dog like that.
Maybe we could go to the shelter with a few friends... and create a distraction while some of us ransack their files for information... LOL... (visualize with mission impossible music in the background... LOL.)
Ok this is what happens to me when I respond to posts at 2:05am!!
Take care.
