January meetup-Saturday!

Hey guys! Haven't hung out with any fellow corgi lovers and their kiddos since Halloween and was wondering if anyone would want to meetup.

This Saturday January the 16th at Chapparal dog park at 4 pm!
If anyone needs directions, just let me know!

We would love to come, but Chaparral park is more than an hour away from us and we can't afford the gas right now since I took a 2 1/2 week vacation from work without pay for the holidays and we're still recovering. Also, my husband and I now work on Saturday and we would get out at about 4:30 then we would have to go back home (45+ minute drive) to pick up Vivi, then start the hour drive to the park. Maybe next time, sorry guys..

Yes, let us know when and where you could go and maybe next time we can plan accordingly. I don't know what parks are near you even. I'm sorry you can't make it to this meet up, I really want to meet Vivi.

It's ok. Don't worry about it. I'm almost always off on Sundays as is my husband so that would be a better day for us. There is a dog park in Avondale that's about 25-30 minutes away from our house at 115 ave (Avondale Blvd.) and McDowell. I'm afraid it would be quite a drive for everyone else though. Vivi still isn't comfortable in the car yet so I don't want to go much farther than that. There's also the PetsMart dog park near Glendale and 19th aves about 40 minutes away if you don't want to go to Avondale. I haven't been to either of these though, so I don't know how they are...

The closest dog park to us is in Goodyear about 15 minutes away, but I really don't want everyone to drive that far. No one would show up!

Dash can make it. We have about a 20 min drive too so 4 sounds like a good time. Chapparal dog park..... cross street Hayden correct? Same place as the Halloween get together?

It was fun! Mousse stayed for an hour and a half, refused to walk to the car afterwards.

Finn had fun. We were there for forty five minutes which was more than enough for Finn. He runs the entire time we're there so when I see that he's getting tired we call it quts. He doesn't know when to stop and ends up limping. He's limping a little but he'll be fine. I wish we could have stayed longer. We didn't get to see Dexter and Dash. Did you guys make it? It was nice seeing the rest of you. Finnigan had a lot of fun. He's just so happy and loves meeting every dog and person he sees. :)
