Puppy and Dry skin

Hello everyone. I hope all our 2010 puppies are doing great!

It snowed here in my neighborhood in Washington state and it's been a total joy watching him eat the snowflakes.

I have noticed him itching a lot to I took a look and he's got dry skin. not sure if its related to the dry weather or if I need to give him something. I am also very careful with what food I give him and what it contains because I know dog have some food allergies.

The other thing is that when he gets up from naps or sleeps his right hind leg seems to give him some trouble. He doesn't walk on it for a few minutes. I'm going to also ask the Vet when I take him in Wednesday for his last set of vaccinations.

Any suggestions, please let me know. =)

We give Samantha and Bomber cod liver oil, non flavored. About a teaspoon every night on their food. It helps with dry skin and their fur shines like crazy!
