I am a 49 year old former musician. I live with my wife and two wonderful children on an acreage a few miles from Lincoln NE. This is a great place to raise kids and dogs.
Lucky is the king around here. All of our dogs get special, individual attention everyday and are treated as a part of our family. All of our dogs are registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC). We strive for quality dogs with great personalities that can become a part of your family.
Mike - do you still breed and sell corgi puppies? I have a friend who is interested and when I went to your website to give her your information, it was down. Please do let me know when you get a chance. :)
Welcome Mike and Lucky. Have a little tri boy myself, Roscoe. Your other dogs name is? Wasn't Mike Hammer a TV character, PI in the 70s? I can picture the actor, but can't remember his name. Anyway,
this is a fun site.
Mike. Hello--I was just cruising around the site today and realized that you are from Lincoln. I live north of Lincoln on a farm acreage near Colon but work in Lincoln every day. Nice to know there is another Corgi lover close by. I see that you raise Corgis. Where did your dogs come from originally? We have four Corgis and look to breed in about a year...potentially. Two of my Corgis are in tact. My male (8 months) is from Missouri. We worked with his breeder for a year before we got him. Our bitch -1 yo- is from Western Nebraska out of well bred working (herding dogs) parents. We are waiting to evaluate hips and such prior to actually considering breeding. I love the breed. we have a 3 yo rescue (former puppy mill breeder) and a six year old female from Verdigree NE rounding out the Corgi pack. Perhaps we can arrange a Corgi meet-up Do you know many Corgi owners in Lincoln?
You strive for quality dogs with great personalities, and that's exactly how Calli is! She is so wonderful and well behaved...you can tell that her initial home was a very loving one :)
I think we are going to stop at two. But my he is a cutie! I have such a weakness for the tricolored pups. I will keep your contact info handy though. Just in case we do decide to expand the family down the road.
