Hi All,
I hope everyone is as excited as I am about the picnic tomorrow.  It looks like 63 and sunny for the forecast.

We have added a costume parade, so you may also want to bring a costume for your corgis.
We are expecting quite a crowd, so we will have someone helping with the parking.  If you would like to volunteer for anything, please see me at the picnic
I will be wearing a bright RED picnic shirt and either a corgi hat with ears or a pink sun hat. Either way you can't miss me!!

Greetings Corgi Friends!

Only one week to go before our 11^th Annual North Carolina Corgi Picnic!  We have so many fun things planned.  Be sure to check out the website for directions, updates, list of things to bring, schedule and map, and even a preview of some of the raffle and auction items.  If you have not yet RSVP’d , the information is also on that page.  I have to make another order for shirts, so if you would like to still order a shirt (prepaid/to be picked up at the picnic) I can take additional orders through Sunday.  Bandanas can be ordered through Monday.

We hope that we will have good weather.  We do not currently have any plans for a rain date.  If they call for severe weather, we will probably cancel.  However, if the forecast is for light or intermittent rain, we will go on as planned and hope that everyone will take the chance.

We have extended the deadline for ordering t-shirts until Wednesday morning (October 3rd). I will still take orders for bandanas until Monday, October 8th.

.  Pre-Order your shirts, mugs and bandanas by OCTOBER 1^ST.   Orders will be available for pick up at the picnic.  For an additional $4 for shirts($2 for each additional shirt),  $2.00 for bandanas, or $5.00 for mugs,  you can have your order shipped to you.  PRE ORDER only, as we will not have extra shirts for sale at the picnic.  To order, email pamm@shutterpaws.com with your color, size and style choice.  Payment information will be sent to you by return email.

Our boys will even get a bath!!  Can't wait, so much fun.  The food, games and the corgis!!!!!!!!!

This will be Trixie and I's first corgi event, we can't WAIT!  If any help is needed, that Saturday is completely free for me so I am happy to help with anything.  :)

As a reminder, the 2012 NC Corgi Picnic is scheduled for Saturday, October 13. Again the location will be at Teamworks in Youngsville.  Hours will be 10 am to 4 pm.

We will again be selling tickets at the picnic for the raffle to benefit CorgiAid.  We have begun approaching businesses for donations to our raffle.  If you have any donations you would like to make to the raffle, please contact Pamm at  pamm@shutterpaws.com

We are still working on our RSVP system and will let you know when to sign up.

Another new feature this year is that Shutter Paws Imaging is holding a contest to design the 2012 picnic logo to be featured on t-shirts, mugs and patches.  If interested contact Pamm at above email.  Entries are due by Aug 25th
