drinking water

we are having some issues trying to get harry to drink water...he used to love it and now he seems like the can't be bothered...I am afraid he is going to get dehydrated, so i keep giving his ice cubes to at least get some water in him and he will have a few sips from the bowl but that is it.

Any suggestions?

What is his water bowl made of? Try changing the bowl, sounds silly, but it might work. Duncan rarely drinks water from his bowl. He rather have a drink, hanging over the bathtub, having the faucet turned on (GRRR...something my husband thought was cute when he was little) so he can bite the water.

Brody didn't drink much from the bowl we had outside until I got a "continuous watering bowl" maybe because fresh water comes out after they're drank what's in there, I don't know but it seems to have helped.
