You can teach him the word "give" and teach him to release when you say this word (never pull on the toy). You need to handle him gently, this will make him gentle also, rough handling and yelling "no" often will simply make him more intractable.
He is very young, but pups grow fast, so you need to learn how to manage him properly from right now. Start reading about puppies all you can and find a puppy class to enroll him in where you can learn together after he has his 12 wk. shots.
Growling as he plays with his toys is not a problem, but if he growls or barks at you, or any other person that is. The pup needs to bond with you, learn to love and respect you, to look at you for guidance, not fear you. It's up to you to bring out the best in him. The challenge is worth getting a lifetime companion.
