Bad corgi behavior

My cardigan Perci has gotten very bold in herding other dogs at the dog park. Today she was chasing other dogs and nipping their butts. How can I train her not to do that?? She nipped my friend's golden and came up with a mouthful of fur!!

I'd keep a leash or a line on her and any time you see her get into that mode, quickly grab her and make her sit for a few minutes to calm down, or go for a walk with you away from the other dogs.
