I realize that our forum here is primarily for Corgis, but I, as well as others I'm sure, am a huge fan of The Dog Whisperer. I just wanted to extend my deepest sympathies to Cesar Millan and his family for the recent loss of their family member, Cesar's Pit Bull, Daddy.  Daddy passed away on 2/19 and was 16 years old. RIP, sweet Daddy. We will miss you.

I posted my condolences on Cesars Way on Monday. I was stunned to read about that. Cesar also says that he had been treated for cancer successfully at some point.
Yes, I too had heard that he survived chemo therapy. He was an angel of a dog and was lucky to have been blessed by being Cesar's right hand dude. Did you know Cesar got him from a rapper when he was 4 months old?
Yes, I remember hearing something about that. I'm sure I heard that fact at some point during the hours and hours of the Dog Whisperer that we watch every Saturday night on National Geographic!
I remember hearing that as well. I think it said that at first Cesar was just watching/training the dog while the rapper was traveling but Cesar and Daddy were such a great pair he became a permanent addition tot he Millan family. He really was a great dog. At least he had a long, full life. His replacement Junior is adorable. He'll never be Daddy but I think he'll be able to assist Cesar and be a great friend.
I love Junior! Hes a beautiful boy! And you can already tell he will
be a good right-hand man to Cesar. Daddy trained him well.
If you'd like to see a tribute to Daddy, you may go to my facebook page - Patti Koenig Clark - I put a nice video on there that U-Tube had. But get a tissue before you watch!! :)
I was very saddened to hear this too. He lived a long, full life but that does not make it easier to say good-bye.
