Drontal side-effects?

Gave my 10 week old drontal late this morning. Since then, he's been extremely hyper...running around in circles, non-stop whining & non-stop moving in his crate (did this for nearly an hour before I let him out), refusing to nap, jumping on everyone and everything like a raving lunatic, not cuddling (which he loves to do), etc.'He shows zero signs of any fatigue. 

Also should note, he has not pooped since I gave him drontal more than 6 hours ago.

Those are not Drontal side effects. nothing to worry about.

I'd give the vet a call. I looked up the side effects and the symptoms you talk about aren't mentioned. Hope he is feeling better.

I did read online that some dogs become significantly hyper after taking drontal. 

He really wasn't acting normal today, was totally out of control. After he finally took an hour nap tonight he's back to his usual self.
