I picked up a tube of Frontline from the vet on Friday. The vet tech gave me the dosage for dogs 25-44 pounds. Becca weighs 21 1/2. Do I put it on or wait until Monday and exchange it? She is overdue by a couple of days. I have found small unattached ticks on each of us. I figure if they are out already it is going to be a bad year for them.

Definitely wait.  Never overdose your dog!

Yeah I would wait. Chances are it won't do anything if you give her the higher dose since a lot of the medications are tested as safe for 5-10 times the recommended dose, but you never know if she is sensitive to the product and overdosing may put her over the edge.

However, just a money saver and FYI, if you can get a 1 ml or 3 ml syringe you can actually buy the 89-132 pound Frontline and measure out the appropriate dose for her weight. Up to 22 pound dog is 0.67 ml, 23-44 pound dog is 1.34 ml. If you buy the biggest weight class you can actually get 3-4 months worth for the same price as buying the smaller dose. The product in the small vial is EXACTLY the same as in the large vial so if you measure it right you won't be doing any harm to your pup and will be saving yourself tons of money.
