For all of you who use Gentle Leaders for your Corgis:

What size do you use?  I have a Medium from a previous dog and according to the website, Shippo should be the right size (it's for 26 pounds to 60 or something like that and he's 27 or 28).  However when I put it on him I can't get the neck piece to fit in front of the adam's apple like it's supposed to and he snorts like he has a hard time breathing.  I think a small wouldn't be any better because it looks like the fabric is the same width so I'm not sure if he really does have a hard time breathing or he's just doing that because he doesn't like it.
