It snowed last night and it reminded me I need new winter boots. My current pair is held together with Gorilla Glue. That pair, Columbia Bugaboo, were warm, but not comfortable for long corgi walks. I need a pair that are warm, comfortable and have decent traction. Any suggestions?

I love my Lands End boots and shoes. I usually shop the clearance items for my boots. I go on-line. They are warm, good traction and last for years:)

I went to the Sorel Jane of Artic boots this winter. They're much easier to put on and lace / tie than the hard Sorel's. And so far, I haven't had problems taking dear Rusty for two mile walks in them in 3 - 4 inches of snow.

I always search for clearance Teva, Keen, or Merrell boots. Sierra Trading Post or Altrec have some deals usually :)

Thanks. I think I am going to go to Cabelas as soon as I can. They have many of these brands and i would be able to try them on.
