Its starting to get cold now, yet Kyoshi still sheds like crazy!!!

We use the furminator on him 1-2x a week and have started putting shed stop(with fish oils) in his food, but he still seems to be shedding as much as he did during the summer when it was super hot.
What gives??? We've pretty much gotten used to all the hair on the carpet that we vaccum every few days but doesn't their shedding slow down in the winter months?
I hope so-- our vaccum needs a break!

Well, Corgis tend to shed year round. It should slow down when it gets cooler. I'm not an expert at these things. Trunks sheds heavier in the spring and the fall. It stills seems like a lot during the rest of the year.
There is no end to a corgi's shedding. I've use Shed Stop also, it does help quite a bit, but it doesn't stop the shedding completely. And, if you stop giving it to them, they shed heavy again. I just brush and sweep my life away at times. LOL!
theres nothing wrong with our vacuum
