Hi everyone :)
So it been a week since Sheldon arrived here with us. He's been a good puppy but I have 3 little questions that i'm pretty sure some of you might be able to answer me :)
1) The breeder trained Sheldon to go pee and poop on a pee Pad. Since he arrived we have been training him to go outside. But , he seem to still want to go pee or poop on anything that is square and comfy. Anyone else had that trouble ? Any advice ?
2) Everytime I lay down on the floor or my boyfriend does , Sheldon goes completely crazy , he barks , tries to bite our hair , face ears. Is that normal Corgi behavior ?
3) Sheldon really doesn't like to be hold alot. Like today We tried to cut his nails and we had to hold him and he was crying like crazy. Any advice ?
Thank you SO much :)

Hello !
First thank you SOOO soo MUCH for all the advice and tip on how to deal with Sheldon
Here a little update
1) Me and my boyfriend are trying very very hard to keep a sharp eye on him to be ready when ever he need to go. I put away everything that is square or fluffy to make sure he doesn't go pipi on anything. As of now Sheldon does 1 accident inside per day. I don't know if it alot , but I know that we are responsible and have to make sure we are ready when he's ready.
2) For the laying down I tried some of your advice , the no bite method and it seem to work fine. If I lay down i put him on my tummy and if he tries to bite I say NO BITE. He will then proceed to lick my chin or neck. I think we are on the right path :)
3) I'm pretty sure Sheldon is not suffering from claustrophobia I think he's just a big stubborn puppy , because when I hold him in the car or when he play's he doesn't freak out. Also today my Mom held him in her arms on his back and he said nothing. But I will work on the positive reinforcement to make sure to praise a good behavior when I clip his nail, brush him or when he goes to the vet. I'll keep you guys posted :)
anymore suggestion are welcome
Thank you

Yessss! Awesome! :) As for the accidents - when do they usually happen? After a meal, or getting up? If you are noticing a pattern, you can try to push that number down to 0 per day by keeping an eye on him when he is "vulnerable". :D
