Need suggestions on how to clean the tarter off my corgi's back teeth?

I have two corgi's that no matter how often I brush their teeth...tarter still on their back teeth. They don't have bad breath or anything, but I would like to nip this in the bud before it gets too bad. So anyone that has encountered this issue or know of a way to help my corgi's out I would greatly appreciate the help.

kibble scratches it off of their teeth, wet food sticks in their the way it would with our teeth. Solid food/treats scrape it off well.

I know there are treats like "greenies" that help pull off tarter. Have you tried some of those?
I have this same problem. Dax has this hard stuff on his back teeth that just won't seem to come off. I can chip it off, but he won't hold still for me to do it, besides that it kind of grosses me out. I'm curious if there's anything out there that will help with this problem.
Here are some options for serious cleaning other than every day cleaning:

If your dog needs to be put under for something, a vet will clean their teeth while they are unconscious. It is easier on the dog and it is faster than trying to do it while they are awake. So that is also an option.

The groomer I used to use also offered to clean my dogs teeth, but she wanted a lot of money and her teeth are clean. If you go in and ask, they might do it in addition to a regular grooming. It will cost extra but it is an option.
We feed mostly raw meat, a little kibble. Seems the more kibble they get, the dirtier their teeth get.
I use a raw hide my vet sells that have enzymes to help get rid of tartar. Cody (8 yr lab mix ) gets 1 every couple days but I still have to pay for teeth cleanings I have him done once a year. This might be a good option if your pups stomaches can handle rawhides. My corgi's don't seem to have a tartar problem yet but there young. Cody started having plack build up a couple years ago. He was 6 the 1st time his teeth were done. Just a side note buy a single greenie first my dogs won't touch them not even the corgi's. I didn't like having to through out the bag because they were expensive.
Three words: raw meaty bones.

Their teeth will sparkle.
Yep bones, bones and more bones! But make sure they are supervised while eating bones. I never leave mine alone with bones even if they are big, they could easily choke on a bit that they break off. Choking is why a lot of vets won't recommend bones to dog owners anymore.
Would antler chews also work to clean off tartar?
I give Dax antler chews and his teeth still get pretty gross. I could probably clean them myself, I just can't get him to sit still. He doesn't like people messing with his teeth, he actually bit someone at the groomer I took him to one time because she was trying to brush his teeth. He's never tried to bite me, I just have the problem of him not staying still.
Yes, antler chews are the best for removing tartar and maintaining clean teeth & gums....we have been using deer/elk antlers for 2 years. My 7 year old French Brittany has not had to have his teeth cleaned ever since. My 2 year old Cardigan Corgi & 2 year old English Setter have never had to have their teeth cleaned. Antlers are well worth the expense!!
I want to thank everyone for helping me out on this subject. I think what I will do is schedule a visit with the vet to get them clean and then start giving them raw meat bones. I do have a stupid questions where to you pick up raw meat bones?
