I am currently feeding my puppy Purina puppy chow. I wanted to switch to something alittle better. I was thinking Nutro Max puppy food. I was wondering thoughts on this food would anyone recommend it.

Those using Nutro (owned by Mars, Inc - the candybar people) might want to consider:

If you enter "Nutro" into the google search bar, you'll find pages and pages of complaints, disordered/dead pets, FDA investigations, etc. Next link involves lawsuits against both Nutro and Canidae:

As for all the 'giants' (Purina, Hill's, Eukanuba, etc) - the information is out there and has been for so long, it shouldn't even need to be brought up. On the other hand, so is information about McDonald's and they're still in a hugely profitable business, much to our detriment. =O

I currently use Nature's Variety Prairie Instinct, 'NO grain' varieties only - in combination with raw food and supplements as directed by my (holistic) vet.
Well after alot more research and thought Im gonna switch to Blue Buffalo. I dont like the reviews on nutro. Thanks for all the suggestions. :)
